  1. Choose your bundle type: OG Bundle or MEGA Bundle.
  2. Fill out our style survey sent to your WhatsApp to share your preferences, size, and style inspiration.
  3. Upload or share your Pinterest board for additional guidance.
  4. Select your ideal Pickup Mtaani pickup point.
  5. Relax while we curate your bundle with high-quality, thrifted pieces just for you!

3. What items are included in each bundle?

  • OG Bundle: Includes 6-8 items such as tops, pants, skirts, dresses, belts, cardigans, and denim jackets.
  • MEGA Bundle: Includes 12-15 items, with a broader selection of vintage and stylish pieces like tops, pants, skirts, dresses, belts, cardigans, and denim jackets.

4. How do you ensure the clothes will fit me?
We collect your exact size measurements during the order process and use this information to pick items that fit and flatter your body type.

5. Can I return or exchange items in my bundle?
Since each bundle is customized, returns and exchanges are not allowed unless an item is damaged or defective. Please check our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information.

6. How long does it take to receive my bundle?
Your bundle is curated and shipped within 7-14 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Yes, we deliver across Kenya!

  • Within Nairobi: Use Pickup Mtaani to collect your bundle at a convenient pickup point.
  • Outside Nairobi: Your bundle will be sent via parcel delivery to your preferred location.

Pickup Mtaani is a convenient delivery option that allows you to collect your order from a nearby pickup point. You can select your preferred pickup point through WhatsApp during the order process.

9. How do I pay for my order?
We offer several payment options:

  • M-Pesa, bank transfers, and card payments (instructions provided at checkout).

10. Are the items in the bundles new?
No, all items are thrifted (pre-loved). Each piece is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and handpicked to meet our high-quality standards while promoting sustainability.

We aim to create bundles you’ll love. To avoid disappointment, provide detailed preferences in the style survey. However, due to the personalized nature of our bundles, exchanges are not available.
